Office Design for the Automotive Industry

The goal of our project was to create a comprehensive arrangement for a new office space, primarily intended as a functional workspace for daily operations. The client, operating in the automotive industry, wanted to relocate their office to a more secluded area, offering greater comfort and improved conditions for business meetings.

The new space includes a comfortable sofa and an elegant coffee table, creating a welcoming area for hosting guests and conducting informal meetings. The TV wall was refreshed and redesigned to align perfectly with the modern character of the office. The ergonomic placement of two desks ensures functionality and convenience for daily work. Additionally, we designed a dedicated space for showcasing memorabilia, awards, and storing documents. A key aspect of the project was the optimal use of existing electrical installations, lighting, and flooring, which helped to streamline the budget and avoid unnecessary changes.

The interior design is based on a harmonious color palette, featuring dark grays, light wood, and natural greenery. Green accents appear in the form of a vertical garden made of preserved plants on the TV wall, as well as live plants in pots. These elements gave the office a modern yet welcoming character, fostering an atmosphere conducive to both work and meetings.

The project successfully combines functionality, aesthetics, and the client’s individual needs, highlighting the dynamic and modern image of the automotive industry company.
