The role of animation in communication and marketing

It's an excellent promotional and advertising tool that allows achieving effects in many cases impossible for traditional video productions. It visualizes business ideas, explains complex issues in a creative, clear, and attractive way, while maintaining the viewer's attention.

Through animation, we can create coherent stories that engage audiences and effectively convey the intended message. It's a powerful marketing tool that allows conveying a large amount of information in a short time, visualizing even the most complicated issues.

It doesn't matter if you're thinking about a funny promotional animation, an explanatory or instructional one, a presentation of your product or prototype, a friendly explainer video, a logo animation, or a game trailer. We create animations of architecture, interiors, scenography, extensive productions for museums, rebuilding non-existent cities and objects that enrich audio-visual exhibitions. 1. Brief

This is a working outline of the idea or a summary of your needs/requirements relating to the project you want to implement with us. Most often in the form of text, reference photos, and other media necessary to determine the scope of work and thus the time needed for its execution. We encourage you to describe your needs as thoroughly as possible, including the length of the animation, number of scenes, characteristic elements, as well as information on whether the animation will include a voiceover.

2. Script

At this stage, if we haven't received a ready script from you, we prepare it based on the brief and our own experience. This document clearly defines the order, length, and features of individual scenes. If the project includes a voiceover, the content of the voiceover text is also included.

3. Storyboard

If the project requires it, we prepare the script additionally in an illustrated form. The story is told using sketches scene by scene.

4. Narration

If the project includes a voiceover, we send you several samples (audio files) of voices to choose from. Then, after indicating the chosen one, having already developed the text, a finished recording is created.

5. Characters

Character illustrations are created first, if they are part of the animation. Most often, it's a sheet that is a compilation of all character images, as well as their variants expressing different emotions.

6. Animatic

It is developed based on the previous script or storyboard. It's a simplified version of the animation that allows visual assessment of the pace of shots, content, and whether the presented content properly aligns with the voiceover recording. At this stage, the musical background is also present for initial assessment. In the case of a paid track, we initially use its free preview containing a watermark, which you may hear in the background from time to time.

7. Preview

Certain details of 3D animation are visible only after rendering (lighting, shadows, reflections, specific material features). At this stage, a test visualization is performed in slightly lower quality, so that the process is relatively quick while allowing for a realistic assessment of the mentioned details.

8. Final animation

We deliver to you a world-conquering animation in full quality, ready at your disposal.
